Italian Employment Law Handbook for Foreign Investors

“Foreign investments in Italy. Italian labour law in pills” was the event held at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foregn Affairs in Rome on 24th January, 2018, in the handbook summarizing Italian employment law for Chinese investors was presented. The book was written in both Italian and Chinese languages by  Mr Francesco Brugnatelli and Mr Sergio Passerini, partners of our firm specializing respectively in internazionalization and in employment law, and by Junyi Bai, lawyer at Giovannelli & Associati firm, experienced at advising and representing Chinese clients in Italy. In fact, the event focused on investments from China.
The Deputy Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Mr Benedetto Della Vedova was attending, as well as  Senator Pietro Ichino, partner of our firm and member of the Permanent Commission for Labour and Social Security. Mr Vinicio Peluffo, president of the Parliamentary Association “Friends of China”, and Li Ruiyu, ambassador of the People’s Republic of China in Italy, took part into the event too.
