A series of meeting has been planned in Genoa starting from this month, regarding  the “New Silk Road” programme, promoted by the People’s Republic of China.

The maritime city, not only thanks to its geographical position but also on account of its culture and potential, has gained a leading position for Italian entrepreneurship along the Silk Road.

On June 14, 2019 at the Centre for Culture, Training, and Forensic Activities, Atty Francesco Brugnatelli will participate in the round table “The New Silk Road: A Regulatory Approach”, concerning the public and private law provisions with regard to infrastructure projects related to the Belt and Road Initiative.
