New challenges to trade union representation by new tech world, focus group

A focus group organized by Mr Fabrizio Favini on trade union representation in the current scenery highly impacted by new technologies will be held at our Firm on Friday 15.

The points of view of experts and representatives of the parties involved will favour the analysis of the role that Unions can have today in contexts that have changed profoundly compared to those in which they were established: globalization,  artificial intelligence, and platform economy are just some of the factors that have already shifted the balance of industrial relations.

Prof. Pietro Ichino (teacher at Università degli Studi di Milano, lawyer specialising in labour law),the Deputy-Chairman of the Industrial Association of Brescia, Mr Roberto Zini, FIM CISL Secretary Andrea Donegà, Engineer Francesco Caio (President of Saipem, expert in technological innovation), Prof. Emilio Reyneri (teacher at Università Bicocca di Milano, sociologist of economic processes, expert in Industrial Relations) will take part in the group interview by Mr Fabrizio Favini, consultant in behavior innovation and publisher of webmagazine.
