Corporate labour agreement reached by multiutility company client

Our client, a leading multiutility company with more than 1000 employees, has reached a labour agreement pursuant to article 8 of Legislative Decree 138/2011, assisted by Atty Margherita Covi and Atty Luca Montesarchio through the negotiations. As a result, the strict constraints established by the so-called Dignity Decree relative to the duration, extension, and renewal of fixed-term contracts, have been waived by the Unions. By this agreement, an important balance has been found between the necessary  flexibility in the current phase of organizational and production transformation due to innovation, and the need to encourage the establishment and continuity of direct employment relationships characterized by high quality standards.
